Thank you for visiting the new Red Giant Software web site!

We have been working for a while on a whole new way to communicate with our creative and fanatic customers—welcome to Red Giant Software 2.0. This new site is a major change from the old with improvements in virtually all areas. Here are just a few of the changes.

Improved Navigation

Web pages are now organized in intuitive and consistent ways, making it easier for you to browse categories (Motion Graphics, Keying, Color Correction, and Enhancement) or quickly jump to different product suites for Magic Bullet, Trapcode, Professional Keying and more.

Overhauled Look and Feel

Enhanced graphics and the new page layouts provide visitors with an improved user experience, highlighting the creative aspects of the Red Giant Software products, as well as access to key information. Visit the new Products section.

New Store

Customers can now view an online product catalog in our Store. The new catalog offers many ways to sort and find a product—making it easier for you to buy when you are ready to purchase.

The biggest change for our new and current customers is the new shopping experience, it is now integrated into the site and offers full account management. The new Online Customer Account section lets customers track serial numbers and the number of software seats purchased. This means that we no longer allow anonymous purchasing. We hope this makes it easier for you in the future if you need to find a serial number or contact support.

The new Community section showcases a User Gallery, Video Tutorials, User Forums, and helpful Links.

Improved Support

Sales, technical, and installation support formerly on rgsupportzone.com have been rolled into the main Red Giant Software web site under Support. Viewers can also check the detailed compatibility chart for pre-sales or product upgrade advice.
