Our Newsletter Email Policy

Email policy

Red Giant Software does not intentionally send spam. Our desire is to send emails only to users that want to receive them. All of the email addresses are collected from our website in the following places:

• The "Join Our Email Newsletter" box on various pages throughout the site
• When a trail version is downloaded, the form includes a checkbox that says, "Check box to receive product updates and monthly specials"
• When a product is registered, the form includes a checkbox that says, "Check box to receive product updates and monthly specials."
• When a product is purchased in the store

I unsubscribed from your newsletter but still receive it

If this is happening, we apologize and will get it resolved IMMEDIATELY.  In most cases, we've found that you may have unsubscribed to our list then downloaded a trial version again. The subscription checkbox for the newsletter is on by default. This is the most likely reason you continue to get our newsletter.  We have implemented a solution on the trail version form that should keep this from happening in the future.
