Getting Started

How do I register for an account?

Simply browse to redgiantpeople.com and then click the Sign Up link in the upper right hand corner, or just click here.

 

Once you have created an account (your real name and a valid email address is required), you will get a confirmation email. Open the email and click the confirmation link to validate your account.

How do I create and upload a preset?
Help is available on Red Giant People here.

How do I install a preset?
A detailed help file is included in each preset pack, or you can consult the Help area here.

I didn’t receive my confirmation email to activate my account. How do I get that?
Check your Junk/Spam folder. If you cannot find it there, please send an email to rgpeople@redgiantsoftware.com. We are not offering phone support for Red Giant People at this time.

Can I make a preset pack to sell on Red Giant Software?
Currently we are only working with select artists at this time.

 

Where can I watch a tutorial on how to use Red Giant products and tutorials?
Red Giant TV (RGTV) is now also part of Red Giant People. The primary location for RGTV episodes are still on tv.redgiantsoftware.com where you can get full size screen casts and projects shown in each episode.

How often will new Gure Preset packs be added to the site?

We have no set schedule but we are working with artists to bring 2-3 new Guru Preset packs to the site each quarter.

 

Can I buy an individual preset?
Not at this time. The purchasable presets are ONLY sold in packs that are designed to work with specific Red Giant plug-ins by our Gurus.

Can I view all presets available by a certain Guru?

Yes. Just click the Guru Zone link and click on one of the artists to see all their presets.

Is there a way to shop all Preset Packs for sale?

You can view all the Guru Preset packs in the Red Giant Software store. Just click the add-on option from the pop-up menu in the store to display all the preset packs we offer.

How can I sign-up to be notified when new presets are added to the site?

If you sign up for the Red Giant Software newsletter, you will get timely information on all our products.
