Return Policy
Red Giant will impose a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective returns, and requires an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact us [web link to contact info] to obtain an RMA number.
Credit or refund must be requested within 14 days of receiving goods. No credit or refund will be given if software has been opened. All returned goods must include an RMA number, a copy of your invoice, and a description of the reason for return. All returned goods must be returned in original package with user guides.
Holiday Notice
Red Giant Software will be closed for the Labor Day holiday on Monday, September 1st 2008. Purchases will be available through the store but post-purchase support will not be available until Tuesday, Spetember 2nd 2008.
