Magic Bullet Editors is not backward-compatible with any previous version. There are two options available if you wish to continue to use Magic Bullet Editors v1 project files or footage with Magic Bullet Editors v2.

 

Option 1:

1. Delete all applied filters from Editors v1 Look Suite Favorites.
2. Re-apply them within Editors v2 Look Suite 2 Favorites.

 

Option 2:

1. Delete all filters applied using Magic Bullet Editors v2.
2. Uninstall Magic Bullet Editors v2.
3. Re-install Magic Bullet Editors v1.
   • Magic Bullet Editors v1 is not compatible with Intel-based Macs.
4. Export all clips containing Editors v1 filters to an external file.
5. Re-install Magic Bullet Editors v2.
   • Be sure you are now using Look Suite 2 Favorites and not Look Suite 1 Favorites.
