Composite Wizard: [PS-104] I am having trouble downloading or decompressing your products on Mac OS.

Some users with Mac OS systems occasionally encounter an issue where they cannot download or decompress the entire folder contents.

• Be sure you have compression software installed on your system. This issue is generally seen on systems that use StuffIt Expander, so we recommend trying another decompressor such as The Unarchiver.
• Switch browsers (Safari, Firefox, Explorer, etc.) and try downloading several times.
• Download on another Mac OS or Windows computer.
• Download using a different Internet connection.
• If you are having an issue with the installer not operating correctly (i.e. not opening or opening a different program), first give the installer a new name, remove any punctuation and then re-launch it.
