In March 2011, Google acquired a technology company called Green Parrot Pictures, which was our development partner on Magic Bullet Denoiser 1.0. Because of this acquisition, Red Giant no longer has the legal right to sell or distribute Denoiser 1.0 after December 2011.

The Red Giant team began developing Magic Bullet Denoiser II when the acquisition was announced, we have spent the last eight months redeveloping Denoiser II to match - and exceed - the quality of Denoiser 1.0. We’ve worked closely with industry professionals to create a stable, simple and high quality experience with Denoiser II, which is fully designed by Red Giant.
