Magic Bullet Looks: [PS-183] I am experiencing a “system hang" with an NVIDIA video card and OSX 10.5.7+.

About Issue:

If you have an NVIDIA video card and updated to OSX 10.5.7 or later, you may experience a “system hang”. After applying your preset from LooksBuilder, your spinning wait cursor does not disappear and your only option is to power off your system. This issue currently only affects Magic Bulet Looks and Magic Bullet Quick Looks with Nvidia 7300 and Quardo FX 4500 video cards.


Solution:

• Please download the latest update from the Download Updates page to fix this issue.

• If you installed Magic Bullet Looks prior to September 1st 2009, then you do not have this update installed.
