User guides are located in same package as the product's installer in a folder named 'Documentation' or 'User Guide.' The product's installer package may be downloaded from the Product's Download page.

 

If you have a Red Giant product CD or DVD, you may find the user guide in the 'Product & Documentation' folder on the disc.

 

How to Open User Guides

 

1. If applicable, extract the .zip package after download is finished.
   Windows users: You must unzip the package before you are able to view the user guide.
    
2. Navigate to the product's folder that is located in the Documentation' or 'User Guide' folder.
    
3. Double-click on user guide file to open.
   
   Most products have an HTML user guide, this will be opened in your default web browser. Opening our HTML user guides does not require an Internet connection.
   
   Older products will have a PDF user guide. If the user guide does not open, you need to install Acrobat Reader from the Adobe website.
