Trapcode Shine: [PS-125] How do I make the rays extend beyond the size of my layer?

Shine cannot resize the layer. There are three ways to avoid having the rays cut off by the size of the layer:
 

• Use our RGS Grow Bounds plug-in that is located here: Effects>Red Giant>.
• Pre-compose your layer (using the "Move all attributes..." option), and then apply Shine to that composition.
• Apply Shine to an adjustment layer that is above the layer you want Shine applied to.
