Shine cannot resize the layer. There are three ways to avoid having the rays cut off by the size of the layer:
- Use our RGS Grow Bounds plug-in that is located here: Effects>Red Giant>.
- Pre-compose your layer (using the "Move all attributes..." option), and then apply Shine to that composition.
- Apply Shine to an adjustment layer that is above the layer you want Shine applied to.
