Here some common questions and answers that users have before they try or buy the software.
I left a voice mail or sent an email and haven't received a response!
We do our best to reply to questions sooner than 24 hours, however sometimes we get overloaded and are not able to meet this goal. This mainly happens when we release new products and get a spike in web traffic and calls. We know this is can be difficult and we will respond to all questions as they are receieved.

Do you sell Primatte Keyer for Digital Fusion? (other host apps)
Red Giant Software only publishes the Primatte Keyer Pro product for Adobe After Effects, Avid AVX systems, Apple Final Cut Pro, and Motion.
Primatte Keyer is licensed to a number of other companies and may be supported by Imagica USA (the creator of Primatte Keyer technology) or integrated into the host by your software vendor directly. You can find information on Primatte Keyer for other host applications on Imagica's Primatte website.
Is there a Demo version?
Download all demos from our Trial Versions page. All demo versions are fully functional but have a logo, or a red X on output.

If you've purchased prior to (May 2008) our new system that allows access to records, then you will not have access to them until you’ve purchased a new product and signed in as a new customer. If you use the same email address, it will attach to your existing records and let you view them.

Holiday Notice
Red Giant Software will be closed for the Labor Day holiday on Monday, September 1st 2008. Purchases will be available through the store but post-purchase support will not be available until Tuesday, Spetember 2nd 2008.
