It is best to check the Product-Specific Support database for information on issues specific to your product. If the product doesn't seem to show up in the host application, then try the following options.

 

1. Check your install and re-install

 

In general, Red Giant Software installers are built to automatically install the plug-ins in the proper place on your hard drive. After you run the installer, check the following locations to see if the plug-in you installed is actually on your hard disk. If the file is not resident, try to re-run your installer.

~/Program Files/Sony Vegas

 

Mac OS X

 

Final Cut Pro/Motion:

2. Check the FAQ database

 

If the software appears to be installed, then check the Product-Specific Support pages for your product to see if a workaround or issue has been written up.
